As an evolving small business we take Customer Service very seriously. If you have a query not covered by any of the headings below, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

SIZING:
All sizes shown on the website are our standard size for that particular design. If you've seen us at a show and tried something on from one of the stock bangle or necklace display stands, then this will be the same size as listed on the website.

If you think you need a different size, please email us with your special order requirements and we'll be happy to help.

ORDERING:
The Gioielli website processes payments by PayPal, which is a safe and simple way to pay for goods online and can be used even if you don't have a PayPal account.

The Gioielli website is completely secure and will link you straight to the PayPal website where you can follow the simple instructions to make your payment. You should then be automatically returned to the Gioielli website and within a short time you should receive a confirmation email with your order details.

All Gioielli jewellery comes with a one year guarantee & is presented in one of our bespoke velvet jewellery bags.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
We offer a special order service for bespoke designs. If you would like to discuss having something made to a specific size or colour combination, or with a different colour clasp, please do get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

DELIVERY:
We offer a FREE mainland UK delivery service by Royal Mail for all online & special orders. Delivery time for standard online designs is estimated at 3-4 working days* and please note your order will need to be signed for. For special order items delivery may take longer, and we'll discuss this with you during the commissioning process.
 
*as we're taking part in a growing number of events around the UK, regrettably any orders received whilst we're at an event will not be dispatched until we return. Details of events and show dates are listed in our Events section.

Sorry but we do not currently offer an overseas delivery service.

RETURNS:

♦ Online Orders

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000, you are entitled to return goods ordered online within 7 working days of receipt, for either an exchange or a full refund.
 
We obviously hope you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return an item it must be unworn, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

Please provide an email address with your return so that we can acknowledge safe receipt of your goods and confirm details of your exchange or refund. If goods are to be exchanged, we will endeavour to dispatch your replacement order as soon as possible.
 
Regrettably, for reasons of hygiene we cannot refund or exchange earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
♦ Special Order Items
We regret we are unable to accept the return of special order items. This is a bespoke design service and your item has been made exclusively to your own specific size and/or colour requirements. Your statutory rights are not affected.

♦ Non-Online Orders
We can only accept the return of a product purchased from us at one of the events we take part in if it is faulty. Please contact us to discuss your item and we will do everything we can to help.

♦ Defective or Faulty Goods
Our designs are made by hand and we make every effort to check all goods prior to dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

♦ Postage
It is very important that any items returned to us are packaged securely. You can obtain a free Proof of Posting receipt from your post office but we strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery so that your items are tracked and insured against loss or damage.

Goods are returned entirely at the sender’s risk and Gioielli cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit, however caused. Where relevant, postage will be refunded only if goods are found to be faulty.
 
LEATHER CARE:
We use carefully selected Italian leathers for our designs. Due to the nature of leather it will naturally darken over time and become beautifully soft with wear. Avoid contact with liquids as this may damage or stain the delicate finish and always remove your leather jewellery when you shower or swim. 

PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIES:
We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy and any information collected by us will remain confidential and will only be used to fulfill your order or to inform you of forthcoming promotions. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

As part of the online store cookies are used as an essential part of the order tracking process. You can switch cookies off in your browser if you prefer but please note that this will prevent you from being able to complete an online purchase.
